Yep, they would be better off under promising and over delivering. At least Campbell has been buying in reasonable quantities on market. What I mean by this is that he is backing the improving conditions statement with his own cash. Still my TCN investment in general has been a disappointment for me at this stage. In particular statseeker and ERST have underperformed in the last year.
