As weird as it may sound, I reckon it is upwards from here..  Strong words in the legal section and I would not be surprised if there is an out of court settlement.

Legal Option
ASG considers it has strong legal grounds to seek redress from the vendors of Umhauers and is exploring all legal options in the matter. Management will provide an update to the market in due course. Although ASG is considering its legal options, Management is also implementing a turnaround strategy or other corporate alternatives for the Umhauer business.

As part of the ongoing strategic review, ASG intends to provide an updated earnings guidance to investors in due course as it executes on its turnaround strategy.
