I personally believe that the Novo deal will happen. What are the Canadian worried about, I will make a few phone calls.

I know they have had other international interest, however I cant see why that Novo deal wouldnt go ahead unless ARV cancelled it. Novo need this deal to happen as they are years away from production on their ground. X now has some surrounding tenements which he has been prospecting and has signed something with novo hence why X's sentiment changed on ARV, his advice was bad and I am glad to see him out of the picture.

Yes basically ARV's ground is graded and good to go with tracks, Novo's ground is untouched and rough terrain still. They need to do a lot of work and are a little off the pace for a mining license
