If it relists, take your money and run.

It will be extremely difficult to sell the units at Couran Cove. Excessive body corp fees are a huge turnoff for any investor. Who wants to pay $230 per week to live in their own unit whether they're there or not. It's been a huge money pit for all past owners and I can't see that changing. Couran Cove certainly fits with Onterrans past "successful" investment strategy.
