It was evident after the quarterly that we wouldn't meet the target.
There were lots of changes in the last qtr, resignations, changes, new appointments etc. If they are one off costs so be it. The proof will be in the next few qtrs. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt until end of the year, then we'll see.
