Seems to me they are trying to progress their other projects before Satimola. Makes sense due to lower Capex etc . Hopefully grow the sp and do what they have to at much higher levels like the guys did at $1.80. If we don't get movement here then the sp will retreat once again. There has been sustained buying at these levels so someone is soaking up the stock.
