We continue to see this buyer at 25c for 100k parcels. Has gone on for weeks. Now either this is a pre prepared on market trade designed to just keep things on. If not who is getting and who is getting in.
Finally, if it is simply on market buying why the hell are people filling it. Fill it at .30c instead.
