I think it will be in a couple of areas. As you noted you have no CAPEX. My understanding is the budget for the year is circa $15m which makes about $7.5m for the first half. Also, a reduction in general trade payables as well.
I don't think it will be an accounting quirk - more just working capital and CAPEX.
