Great news. Not only have we cleared the loans with the ex-directors, but they have agreed to take options with a strike price of 30c. Seems they believe there's some good things in store. And when they convert we pick up $1.8million.
In other words we're not paying them out, they're paying us to keep this particular skin in the game.
Management may also have wanted to clear these before Satimola acquisition is finalised..
