Just 3 week ago in the September news update, Chapman was spruiking such gems as "growth momentum to continue", "strong profit result validates diversified business model", and "supports our confidence that profit will continue in FY15".
But as the saying goes, look at someone's actions, not their words. Chapman sold a massive parcel of shares last month at above 90c/shr.
This is a shocking and disgusting loss for shareholders. I would wholeheartedly encourage shareholders to contact ASIC and class action lawyers to address who knew what and when. There should be clawback of any bonuses paid and sackings. This company is beyond the pale.
