Agree nothing new with these co's. Heaps of established competition in all fields.
Where the confusion comes with me is the announcements that have been made, and then the goal posts seem to change.
On 8/4/13 Announcement under the heading Independent Expert it states:
"As announced to the Market on 8/3/13 the proposed acquisition of PPS requires the preparation of an Independent Experts Report(IER). The Company has engaged Nexia Melbourne Pty.Ltd to prepare the IER. It is expected that the IER will be completed in the coming days allowing the Company to include the IER in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course."
It was also inferred in that announcement that the meeting could be in late May.
IER's are not cheap. Wonder what the result of it was, and also why it has not been released to shareholders and the market as stated in the announcement.
