There's 2 options for the SA court to choose from.
1. Liquidate Smokey Hills and pay JIC the peanuts.
2. Block the application and let the PLA merger go ahead which will attract tens on millions to restart the mine & employ 1000 local people over many years.
What a waste of everyone's time, I think that's why no formal application has been lodged.
