    I was considering getting into this over past month when share price was 43cents ... but this announcement enabled me to get in today at half that price.
    My rationale is due of "COF" experience & skill set in International Development sector, which could prove a mega exciting sector of the next 3 years if the Aussie government ramps up it ODA (Overseas Development Assistance).
    Hoping that todays events were a case of över-selling, and we get a quick & healthy rebound of the COF share price
