ASIC need to be told about these types of issues. They don't pro-actively investigate issues (they are incredibly incompetent).
Have complained about other stocks but get inadequate response.
Nothing seriously ever investigated even though they get a lot of funding from government (my tax dollars) to keep markets honest and open.
