the directors of all public listed companies need to be accountable but somehow or other they can all walk away leaving a big mess that the small shareholders loose their monies where is asic and also the asx when these kind of wrongdoings are happening,sue our regulators for having their heads in the sand for millions then they may sit up and take notice and also take directors to task,and sue them for not looking at the warning signs and making good decisions for the company and for rewarding themselves in the wallet
