The cynic in me has also been thinking for a some while now whether there's one big grand scheme someone/group has been orchestrating for the last 12 months to bring us to where we are. That's why my question in my previous post whether there's any deliberate excessive write down to the benefit of some. Who are behind the Lazard investment last year, and are they the same people behind the current international proposal.
