IMHO the issue of Trustdefender is less interesting.
I am not suggesting any discount to NBS management on this. I think this was a bad decision and until now I do not see the synergy.
I doubt there will be more fools to throw money at them and as I once heard an executive say..
"nothing like the sharp sward on your neck to sharpen your focus"
1 - I am sure NBS CEO understand it and they know that w/o results from Malaysia and under the current $ burn rate for the pilot he has little time to deliver value for shareholders.
2 - I also believe that their good wages is not sufficient drive to keep going and I am not cynical. the amount of shares each of them bought in the last 1-2 years is a much bigger drive.
Judging by the indications it is likely there is a pilot conducted by NBS. It seems this time it is going well and by 1/6 the system will become operational.
All that is only an estimate and only because of the long bad track record we all give it LOW probability.
