And yes, the 3rd agreement is half baked and you as a Pharmacist should be railing against not just the Govt. but also your member organizations (Guild, PSA) for not being strong enough on this issue.

But, getting back to API, I think their focus is more on the retail side (Priceline) and that will not be attractive to a company such as DHL. The answer is a merger between Sigma & API.
