I see where you're coming from sevencents77. My take on it is that since Fortis days, this company has been evolving into a conduit for the Chinese govt to get their hands on some quality potash deposits (including one of the world's largest in Satimola), securing supply of the much needed fertiliser for their fields (think Vertical Intergration). It is also due to this that I think when it comes to seeking financing it will be a very different situation to that facing most 'western' juniors competing in current capital markets. The Chinese are defacto shareholders, administrators and customers and subsequently (IMO) KPC will find the path to finance is more easily travelled for them than most others..
