Well that was quick.

On Wednesday we were "currently in discussion with China's CITIC Construction Co., Ltd (CITICC) with a view to develop a formal relationship by way of strategic cooperation as an EPC partner for the Zhilyanskoye project."

And this evening we are "pleased to announce that [we have] entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China's CITIC Construction Co., Ltd (CITICC) as [our] Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) partner for the development of KPC's Potash Projects in Kazakhstan."

The pace of things at KPC is certainly picking up recently.
