I doubt the 20c proposal was a serious one and I expect there is a jostling of personalities and egos going on. Considering the cwatch litigation is Cameron deal related I assume it's all linked.
I can't see surfstitch being a good fit for them or them event having close to the pockets deep enough to take over what is a much larger company.
