This is a long life project with significant CapEx required. Money doesn't just fall out of the sky to advance billion dollar investments.
If they can sell some equity in the project to a third party who will continue to fund the advancement of the project that will add long term value to the share price IMO. The project is pretty much ready to go with most approvals in place and two studies already completed. Esh
