Great news and finally a strategic change from "continuing to look for an equity partner and keeping all tenements in good order" by GRR and SRT JV partner to getting the independent PCF capital group to assist.
I agree with Mr Honglin who reckons it'll allow "....parties to formally convey their interest....."
