Don't be surprised if we are still in this scenerio in 4 months time by which time the locals at Derewo will have had enough of promises to commence alluvial operations and funding of school and medical centre's. This is a dangerous game we are currently playing and with our income stream from Mintails in doubt (did they get DMR approval to continue open cut mining yet - the 15 working days has now finished)and our only remaining asset in SA under question, I am not sure where all this is going to lead too. Without the Forestry approval for Derewo, trial alluvial mining will only be short term. I am fully preparing for the fact that my investment of over $100,000 in WWI is now in doubt and 50/50 my investment is a lost cause. I will not sell though as I am currently down nearly 90% so whats another 10%. It just might all work out but I have seen these sort of scenario's before and most end up failing. The one thing that keeps me going with WWI is that "wealth is the transfer of money from the impatient to the patient" and even though I am becoming impatient I do agree the potential for WWI is huge and we all could end up being very wealthy if all this succeeds.
