The settlement was the maximum insurance SGH had being just $32m plus AC was required to kick in another $4m. Everyone had expected SGH being lawyers would have adequate insurance of at least $100m which still would not cover SH damages. Hopefully PP have adequate insurance to cover auditing and approving the dodgy accounts.
