Could it be that today's announcement has come about due to an ASIC please explain and that is why KPC has gone for legal advice.
As for repayment of monies that depends on the contract and who has breached the contract. If KPC have breached the terms of the contract then would presume they are at fault. But unless the full terms of the contract are available then it is all up in the air.
Seems strange that Satimola are so adamant that the contract has been broken if that is not the case.
