Satimola and Satbor have for a long time no longer relied on KPC/Batys Kali to adhere to their obligations to legal agreements with us. The concept of being handcuffed is complete nonsense. We are free to engage other partners and that is precisely what we are doing.
Nothing seems to indicate to the contrary that KPC and its subsidiary are just plain broke. Hardly a partner for us, or a sensible investment for anyone. Sorry, I wish it were otherwise.
