as an example, to reduce grade from say 50Mt @ 9% to 100M @ 6% may not sound so bad but keep in mind to do that, the 50Mt added is 3% grade
there is a big different between 9% grade & 3% grade
similarly, the extra 30M tonnes added by MYL is low grade & is best ignored
