a company cannot release a Scoping Study with an Inferred JORC

MYL give the impression they are arguing with the ASX that their JORC is better than an ordinary Inferred JORC

i spoke to MYL about this 11 days ago and my opinion to them has proven so far to be correct

that the ASX is viewing their proposed announcement for 2 days now shows their assumptions about what they are allowed to do may be wrong

the ASX refused to allow SYR & VRC to release scoping studies in the same situation and i personally doubt the ASX will give an exception to MYR

that is the bottom line

a company cannot release a Scoping Study with an Inferred JORC
