I don't necessarily think they are in a battle - I may be wrong. The ASX gets very wary with big projects etc with big resources and statements. It certainly appears the cost to mine is much cheaper than they thought hence the revised JORC and therefore it may be a belter of announcement which they are quizzing very closely before release.
