Yeah plough I know and I know that ours they are just using the composite for the case holding the oil and until I see one in the flesh I won't comment on how they transfer the torque .

My point was more to the affect of how the military is looking at technology all the time as it has a large flow on affect to the complete life cycle of machinery and vehicle design in the first place. Now depending on if you just have a pool of oil , fins on the outside or a full pump and oil cooler for really heavy duty system it may still be a lighter set up using ABV than original brakes. Original drums used to be made of of average metal and were over specified to hell as no one ever worried about weight and weight meant that you had more metal to remachine them a few times in their life.

I'm still concerned with the structure of this company that if they did get a contract little would flow to existing holders.

Wouldn't you be on the blower to all the military brake manufacturers and engineering providers and showing them what you can do?
