Makes you wonder over the years why they didn't try this model earlier but also concerns me about where margins will come from.
They need scale so may get it but at lower margins as distribution sucks so much $ .
Guess it depends on how good their service is to these new distributors as if it isn't good they will not place orders as so many large miners rely on core group of distributors to weed out poor . Fail to support and deliver and these large miners will not ever deal again .
Better get this model right and follow through
It won't be cheap to ensure supply ogf goods is in stock and always avaliable to ensure no delay in clients getting product. I know much is contracted and on a schedule so ABV must not fail on time and quality deliver every time or it is turn out the lights time.
