    Patient enough to wait to buy when selling for a fraction of net assets...from those who sell impatiently because it keeps going down.
    Depends how cheap you want to buy and how patient you are, but I would guess those who bought under 10c will do very well and so on for prices bought below that. Hope you are there shorting when MUN resumes trading ;)
