I must say I regard this statement as a a lame one line answer. There is a duty of care regarding announcements and such that would lead an individual into buying shares in a company. I myself bought into this stock on the basis that Sir Jonah was advising and was to be he new CEO, however, we have never heard of him again.... So, aman2, I do know how, based on fundamental research, but I appear to be screwed anyhow....
