New applicant 4 days after expiry and non renewal advised 6 weeks later to existing holder who has invested multi millions ?
The PNG Minister for Mining has one hell of a lot to explain.
If not to me then the PNG Parliament.
If it were in NSW then Independent Commission against Corruption would be sending people to gaol.
