Looking at announcements and information that the company has published ENVY LAMB appears in the Annual Report issued on 2/10/2013. It is mentioned on page 3 under Trading Operations.

The important thing here is if a subsidiary of the company has been sold (or what ever), why has there not been disclosure to the market? Looking up the Envy Lamb company details this was done over 2 months ago, does not inform who is the new owner (this needs to be paid for), but seems someone has seen fit to do so.
