Agree with the number of shares on issue, if there is little debt and large amount of shares on issue this will not affect shareholders investment. I have voted NO to some of the directors receiving shares as wages. The reason is what has been delivered as yet?
As to timetable you believe maybe August, for this to happen they would have to have things in place and commitment for funds. If this has already taken place then why has there not be an announcement to the market?
There are rules that have to be adhered to and if they are withholding information they are in breach of the act.
