Hi Roberto08, it's not the quantity, it's the increase in shares.
To go from 305m shares to 940m shares in one go, is a substantial increase.
(i.e. Like going from say 1 billion to 3.1 billion)
Plus the proposed debt finance of, from memory $13.5m for 2 farms if it happens and another $20m if they decide to and can make the other 3 farms happen.
