Has anyone considered res.2 thru 7? And the massive dilution?
Currently there are 305,531,955 ordinary shares on issue.
10,000,000 not quoted.
Proposed new shares -
Res. 2 = 600,000,000
Res. 3 = 28,000,000
Res. 4 = 485,714
Res. 5 = 4,285,714
Res. 6 = 942,857
Res. 7 = 942,847
Plus a whole mess of "sweeteners?" free? options.
And how many c. notes are there?
