I think the ASX says you have to allow 28 days from announcement to when the EGM can be held, so that would make it about Friday 8th July, or the early the following week.
I'd imagine the company will want to get on with organising C/R and proceeding with the purchase of farms as quick as possible once the EGM has taken place.
I see in their last announcement on the 17 May, they mentioned about Pactum Dairy Group and MADE regarding the
Fresh milk deals done with Malaysia......I wonder if there's any interest from these companies regarding extra supply.
200,000 litres for $2m works out at $1o per/l (this is the value stated in the MADE deal with Malaysia)
I'd imagine they should have some reasonable feed back from Malaysia regarding the interest in this product by now.
Well things have unfortunately taken quite a lot longer than expected. Just hope everything falls nice and neatly into place.
