Relevant and also not so - MGC will not be the only purchaser of the product - where their business can not acquire, commercially there is always a new kid or rival on the block to step in....Milk, milk powder and any other dairy product for that matter will not be an outgoing human necessity - the demand will always be there whether MGC is buying or not you goose.
To disclose, my family own a cattle farm on over 1000 acres with over 800 head of cattle plus grain production. I may know a little about farming, but you can assume to your hearts desire.
The key is the final acquisition of the 5 farms - they succeed in this with higher profitability and superior genetic herds with the potential to expand and produce more - then, yes mate - the long term prospects are very positive....if they can pull it off and complete the deals.
Now, since May last year when I got in at sub 1c, AYB has made me good money and I have been in and out at various SP flucs during that time....so, just now I am looking at long term as the way AYB have gone about this has made the stock a mid to long term hold - the volatility is gone.
