No - that is not what is says,
Getting mould spores into your lungs while you have other immune issues like TB could make things worse is my understanding of all this.
As i don't have any medical background and only posting what I'm reading out there as to one possible scenario that may have happened so open to other interpretations to that release.
All just my opinion.
