The process of innovation, R&D and execution is a long and winding road; with the vast majority of risk being in the first two stages. PO3 is through those, which makes it far from "very early stages".
In fact, we're probably 4 years past "very early stages".
I think the use of the word "should" is simply the company covering its butt by not making an unequivocal statement that could come back and hurt them in the future.
As we all know, the only 2 certainties in life are death and taxes.
In a nutshell, the report - at least as it reads to me; says the following: we've had an unexpected issue due to the high mould levels (which is actually a positive, given that FRG has already proven itself capable of destroying mould), it's being dealt with and everything is on track and under control, watch this space.
All we need is a little more patience.
