not too sure about goldilocks being a creditor.. they are one of the top shareholders.. top 5 probably.. and they're not happy with what is left for equity holders
they're also not happy about mgmt contracts/bonuses -based on how they have been running noble,, i can only agree
the biggest single shareholder, who is also the founder of noble- i believe is willing to back present mgmt/plan
over 80% of creditors have agreed/signed on to accepting some equity for debt
goldilocks can either take a haircut on their position (which is only a fairly recent investment anyway) or lose much more
last roll of the dice for goldilocks imo- want to be seen by their investors as doing more, but the creditors are in the box seat on this one in determining likely outcome
