The shares are worthless... hard to believe that this business is ruined... Myer Family Office and MLC UK forced too much debt onto the structure and the major asset has now ended up in the debt holders hands.

In effect MFO got the chain for free.

Pretty disgraceful that shareholders weren't even offered a chance to dip in and make a capital raising to pay off the debt.

Keep a close eye on this management team and make sure you never invest in companies tht have them on board.
