It would be nice to have some news and get this put behind us (either with a CS investor or improved liquidity with more trade-able shares)
But my feeling is that unless there was a knock out offer this will take some time. Liquidators/receivers are absolutely paranoid about being open to arguments of not realising full value for assets sold off, so will work through this very meticulously and keep getting advice (legal, financial) and burning creditor money along the way.
* 1 good offer for the lot (easy do the deal) * interest in smaller lots by different parties at different prices (would need negotiations to bring prices together (can't have one party paying say $7 and another $3, end up with some unhappy campers) * not enough offers or too lower price (gotta have a plan "B", maybe SHV buy back? 4.5 mil @$4.00 is $18mil (we saved $25 mil not buying orchards last week), good for us shareholders, then a SPP or rights for us loyal shareholders at a later date?)
