re: Ann: Mark Creasy entity purchases 600 mil... the 22 sept announcement re preparation for drilling at polar bear suggests drilling approval "within several weeks" and a commencement as soon as possible after that. i'd say that Mark's purchase is his way of getting set prior to drilling results. It makes sense if you're a believer in what they might uncover...
