some review darren must have done on ecq! i could have told you that they were not able to issue shares without shareholder approval. and i did. from my research these guys appear to be looking for another shell to spin off into property. pity. had a lot of potential. feel sorry for the shareholders that lost money on this just hope they vote no to the issuing of shares because it looks like there will be a capital raising in the future or a consolidation & capital raising... but thats just my opinion please do your own research as the views stated are my own and mine alone they are not to be taken as financial advice.
