    The DFS looks fine to me. 
    Project payoff over 3.5 years period. 
    Assumption lithium carbonate will be selling around $14k/per t
    SQM average selling around $16k/ per t at the moment. 
    With the surge of demand in the next 5 years,  it is reasonable to assume the lithium carbonate price range from $14k-$16k/per t.
