Li3 had little of cash to explore Maricunga project and EV was not in demand 5 years ago. 
Mr Borda is an intelligent business man.  He took the opportunity to purchase the lands and rights to explore. His investment probably 10 years plus where he could make 10x plus his initial investment. 
We spent more than $30m usd to date and EVs demand is picking up fast.
in regards to Martin,  i agree.  He is not a smart thinker from my perspective.  He made some money and ran for his life lol. 
We have a new CEO and DFS released. Financing and offtakes being discussed.
